1. Guarantee Window

We provide a full fourteen (14) day money-back guarantee starting from your initial purchase timestamp.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

To request a refund within your 14-day guarantee window:

Submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of your order date.
Provide the email address used during purchase and your Paddle order ID.
If you experience technical compatibility issues with your DaVinci Resolve setup, our support engineers will gladly assist with troubleshooting; if unresolved, an immediate full refund will be processed.

3. Processing & Timelines

Approved refunds are automatically handled by Paddle.com back to your original payment method (Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal). Bank transfers typically settle within 3 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.

4. License Deactivation

Once a refund is completed, the license key associated with your transaction will be revoked and deactivated from our licensing servers.
