By purchasing, downloading, or using Codmaria Creator (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Software is developed and operated by THRIVE TECH LABS LTD ("Company", "we", "us").
Upon purchase, Codmaria Creator grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on up to two (2) personal or professional computers simultaneously belonging to the same license holder. Unauthorized distribution, decompilation, resale, or sublicensing of the Software or its activation keys is strictly prohibited.
The Software is engineered to integrate with Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve (versions 18.5, 18.6, and 19.0+) on compatible operating systems (macOS Apple Silicon & Intel, and Windows 10/11 64-bit). Users are responsible for ensuring their hardware meets the recommended system specifications prior to purchase.
Our order process and digital fulfillment are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns related to order processing and billing.
Lifetime licenses include access to all minor and major updates within the supported release cycle and online technical assistance via support@codmaria.com.
